Pretty amazing.

Can you show the drain/returns?
Qty - 2 - 1" drains into a 2" drain
Using ball valves on all areas so I can Isolate the 225 gallon Frag Tank from the 850 gallon main system incase there are issues in either area, I can Isolate with this design.

Nice! How long do you plan on leak testing?
Draining in the am, if it was going to have a leak, it would be now. This Frag Tank used the best of all silicones and fittings.
Its been silcone finished since last weekend. 1 Week is enough for me.

Time to start cutting my main overgrown reef.

Nice. And you're building 2 of them, iirc,?
Only 1 right now, 5 year plan is add 1 per year. I have the space for 5 total. I will make the business pay for growth, I won't use personally money to fund growth. If it can't fund growth, it wont grow.

Your build progression (timing) is a bit different than most who do the entire build in one session and strive to keep all silicone wet.

Your method creates a small cold joint in 2 corners. Have you ever had an issue?

I haven't had an issue in the 2 corners, but I do see your point and agree it "could" be a possibly weak point, but I always over load those 2 corners at the very end.
Maybe this helps, maybe it doesn't, On a tank this size at 95 degrees it would be hard to "Solo" build this all in one shot, if I had a helper or team, I agree that would be a better way to do it. Just not possible on this size and with zero helping hands.

Thanks for the response. FWIW, I don’t (at all) question your success or methodology and was just curious as to your thoughts on the matter.
